Aero Metals Alliance (AMA) is celebrating its tenth anniversary in 2023, and what better way to mark the first decade of the alliance of four world-class aerospace metal suppliers than at the International Paris Air Show!
AMA was launched at the 2013 show, and last week returned to Paris-Le Bourget to commemorate a decade of collaboration between Gould Alloys, Service Centres Aero (SCA), Sunshine Metals and PASU Progressive Alloy. During the course of the show, AMA welcomed its clients, suppliers, colleagues and friends at a glittering reception at the Musée de l'Homme overlooking the Eiffel Tower, and were visited by many delegates at its exhibition stand. Topics of discussions centred around sustainability and mitigating against supply chain disruption in an increasingly volatile and unpredictable world.
Established specifically to provide a dedicated offering to the demands of the aerospace manufacturing industry, AMA showcased how it has been aggregating demand across a single supply chain for ten years, while providing a truly responsive local service to meet the needs of individual subcontractors across the globe. Today, the alliance supplies the world’s leading OEMs, has an unrivalled stock range, and is living up to its motto of “Together we are stronger”.
